Dua to help nephew start walking
Asslam o Alaikum,
Can anyone tell me a dua for my sister's son. He is 2.5 years old, but has not started walking yet. She is taking the help of doctors, but we need any dua which can help her. Her boy is healthy and active, but cannot walk till now.

So can he walk or not? he needs to go to a doctor and get a referral for a neurologist and a physical therapist. he could have a dystrophy. normally children start walking around 8 mos up to a 1.5 or maybe 2 years if there are developmental delays...it is almost unheard of for a child to all of a sudden gain walking skill. they PROGRESS.. meaning from rolling on their stomach , then backs, then they learn to crawl, then grasp to assist in walking.

May Allah watch over your nephew and your sister, and ease their difficulties.
If your nephew hasn't already been seen by a specialist doctor, I would strongly advise arranging this - there are many reasons why a child may not walk by the time they're expected to, and some of these can be resolved with prompt medical intervention.
