My fiancée is not muslim, who can be the walis?

I want to get married before ramadhan but the lady that i want to marry she is not a muslim,but this is not the matter, the problem is that lady can not present her father or brother as witnesses {wali}, they are not muslims and they do not know anything about islamic marriage,so can the lady find anyone to be witnesses{wali} for her even they are not relatives.
