Can they get married?
Is he her Mahram? Or can they get married?
Dear Sir,
My friend's father has two wives. From first wife he got five daughters and from second wife he got one son and a daughter.
Now my friend (male) fall in love with his step niece and both of them want to marry with each other.
So please tell me is it possible or not if they marry with each other then what will happen in future?
Please guide.

Prohibited to you [for marriage] are your mothers, your daughters, your sisters, your father's sisters, your mother's sisters, your brother's daughters, your sister's daughters, your [milk] mothers who nursed you, your sisters through nursing, your wives' mothers, and your step-daughters under your guardianship [born] of your wives unto whom you have gone in. -No one can tell you what will happen in the future, and if someone claims they can, they are liars.
What do you mean step-niece? Do you mean one of the fathers daughters from the other wife? If so, that's not his step-niece, that's his sister! He cannot marry her! If instead you mean the daughter of one of his sisters from the other wife, then again, she is not his step-niece but his actual niece and he cannot marry her, it is haram. Tell your friend to stop lusting after the girls in his own family.

If I understand you correctly, the man is looking to marry the daughter of his sister? (As they share the same biological father). If so, then as the verse provided by demise says, this would not be permissible.
