Islamic marriage advice and family advice

I feel anxiety, something is wrong with me

Anxiety, anxious, worried.

As salam alaikum,

For the last 2 months I have feelings of anxiety and sorrow. I started crying a lot, I feel very impatient, and suddenly when I start listening to Qur'anic ayah it feels like something evil is there in my body, and it moves out when I listen to Quran or I do ablution.

Sometimes in the night I feel so tensed, frustrated that I can't handle myself, and suddenly I bring the Quran and put it on my chest and I become quiet.

I don't know what's the problem, but when I'm near to ALLAH I feel good, but I feel something is wrong in myself. I get alot of migraines. I cry alot. Please help me, I am not well. I'm a Muslim girl living far away from my parents in another country, for international studies. I feel something is not normal in me. I feel a lot of heaviness in my body.

I pray ALLAH forgives all our sins, as He is the only one who is Rahman and Raheem. Please reply and make dua for me. ALLAH HAFIZ. ALLAH's blessings upon all of us.

  1. You are suffering from the effects of black magic. All the symptoms you describe are absolutely and perfectly consistent with the effects of black magic on your body.

Now this started two months ago so its at this time that someone did black magic on you. The most common way of doing black magic is feeding someone some salt or sugar (putting it in your food or drink) and it has an almost instant effect. There are other ways of doing black magic but they take longer to take effect and are harder to do.

Why would someone want to do black magic on you? Someone is either trying to destroy you because they are jealous of you in some way or perhaps some boy is trying to make you fall in love with them and your body and soul is resisting. Either way, it is very bad news for you as it will destroy you and ruin your life unless you do something about it.

The best way to treat black magic is by reciting this dua: "Allah humma inna najh ahluka finuhurihim wa nauzubika min shururihim". It means, 'Oh Allah I place you in front of them and I seek refuge in you from their evil'. Just google, "allah humma inna naj' and you will be able to listen to the arabic recitation on Youtube.

Whilst reciting the dua imagine the black magic and the jinns that come with it are being vaporised into nothingness. Don't worry about you vaporising these jinns, Allah will deal with them as he thinks appropriate, so he might just lock them up or destroy them as befitting their circumstances.

This is the only thing that worked for me. I spent over two decades trying to get rid of the black magic done on me, I even travelled to several different countries seeking the help of holy men, sorcerers, shaman and others. I was really desperate and tried everything and anything anyone suggested to me. My advice is don't go to any of these 'healer' sort of people they will just scam you off your money and do nothing that lasts longer than a few months.

You need to memorise and recite the dua at least 1000 times a day for 31 days or until all the effects are gone if you're not completely cured by 31 days. You will find this extremely difficult to do as the jinns in your head will try to stop you doing it.

    • Salam alaykum

Brother Mohshin's post is on the money. You don't even need wudu when reciting the dua but have to be clean. This is the best dua in the world and works not only for black magic but almost anything where there is a problem - even illnesses.

    • Mohsin: My advice is don't go to any of these 'healer' sort of people they will just scam you off your money and do nothing that lasts longer than a few months.

Who to go to for diagnosis and treatment from your experience? Do Muslim Psychiatrists, Psychologists or doctor diagnose black magic? What are the symptoms for a person with black magic?

  2. You should see your parents more often. You miss them and you do not know how to express your feelings. Allah loves more than 70 mothers to His creation so that when you put close His Quran to you , you feel relaxed and calm.

  3. From someone who worked in the medical profession for over 10 yrs and who is also a sufferer of panic and anxiety attacks, you need to seek the help of a doctor. I thought that my anxiety all of a sudden started and was wondering how could such a thing happen to me. However, when I took time to look back on my life from childhood to adult, I realized that I've suffered from some mild degree of it all along and a certain situation in my life triggered it to a larger degree than was usual. I also found that I have a severe vitamin D deficiency which can cause crippling anxiety. Since I've been taking vitamin D and trying to get more sun it's been much better, but hasn't gone away.

Maybe moving away from home, fear of some sins you think you have committed and will not be forgiven for, and or stress of studies, unfamiliar people and surroundings is triggering your problems. It could even be a vitamin deficiency as well. However, it sounds like you're suffering from Psychotic depression. I'm not a doctor or a spiritual healer, so I won't sit here and act like I know it all and try to diagnose you. But I will leave you with the following link and impress upon you to go to a REAL doctor who can diagnose your problem. https://www.webmd.com/depression/guide/psychotic-depression#2

The people who are telling you to pray are right, as having a good relationship with God is good under any circumstances. But it's also important to seek the help of a doctor when needed as well. God has given doctors the ability to seek and gain the knowledge to treat us when we need help in other ways.

I wish I could give you my email address so that we can keep in touch. But since this is a public forum I beg of you to see a doctor and please update us via this post as to your findings and progression. Know that you're not alone, you will be in my thoughts and prayers. Take care and God bless!

Feel tensed at night....i feel some thing is wrong .........not normal in me. I feel a lot of heaviness in my body. You feel better when you bring the Quran and put it close to you

What do you feel about your body is source of your anxiety. You need to talk to a GOOD psychologist. Your symptoms are very unusual. Are you a student? what are you studying.

  5. OP: For the last 2 months I have feelings of anxiety and sorrow. I started crying a lot, I feel very impatient, and suddenly when I start listening to Qur'anic ayah it feels like something evil is there in my body, and it moves out when I listen to Quran or I do ablution.

Why are you unhappy, what are you afraid of. Anxiety is a reaction most of the times to imaginary fears?

What is a feeling? Feeling is assigned by your mind which may or may not be true. Do evil thoughts occupy your mind
most of the time? Are your friends or family talk about evil a lot

"It feels like some thing evil is there" is most like your imagination.

  6. "when I start listening to Qur'anic ayah it feels like something evil is there in my body, and it moves out when I listen to Quran or I do ablution"

My advice is to listen to your instinct, its often your soul telling you things it knows but can't communicate to you in a direct way. If you feel there is something evil in you and it moves out when you listen to the quran or put the quran on your chest then most likely that is what is happening.

I am with Mohshin on this one. Although you do have some medical symptoms, these do not explain your feeling that there is something evil in you or why you should feel better when you listen to the quran. Jinns flee when they hear the quran and this may explain why you feel better when you listen to the quran - black magic is done using jinns.

As for things that indicate you may have black magic done on you, you will first notice it in your dreams. Repeated dreams of you fleeing from someone or something is one surefire indication if you have other symptoms with it. Anxiety, migraines and feelings of heaviness are also strong indicators of black magic.

I think the 'healer' sorts that Mohshin refers to are the scam artists in the field of black magic treatment and not conventional medical doctors. By all means you should consult a suitably qualified doctor and see if that helps but I fear its most likely black magic so you should definitely try his treatment and see if that works.
