Can I talk to a girl if I know she will stop doing wrong?
I love a girl and she loves me too. We live in other countries and we chat online. I know it's prohibited to talk to her, that's why I stopped talking to her but she was talking to so many men but she left everything for me. Now she doesn't talk to anyone. I got curious that she would get bad again if I stop talking to her so I started again to talk to her. She has promised me not to talk to anyone. But I'm just trying to reply her message and that's all. My question is that is this correct ?

Listen Bro, talking to someone in other country? Seriously....... Do you wish to marry her? Do you know you have hope of Marrying Her? If not marriage Niyat then no need to talk. You don't need to worry about her, she has her own deeds and you have your own so no need to worry.
Talking to a girl without any Haram activity such as hugging, Kissing, touching maybe tolerated to some extent iF love is sincere and most importantly both are Muslims so Allah Is the one forgiving and you get married later on. To some extent I have seen this in my family once and outside my family too. Both has to be virtuous.
Secondly, stop talking to her. It seems crazy talking to someone as a Muslim when you don't have intention to marry her and it seems so impossible as she is in another country. So I suggest just stay out of contact what your doing is a sin in simple words.

She is good if she talks to you, but she is bad if she talks to others also. What do you guys talk about? Do you talk about religion?

If someone talks to other men, she probably added you as man number 10 to chat with. Don't kid your self my brother.
Cut off all communication and stop using that as an excuse to talk to her. You are not her mahram. And she is not marriage material. She is responsible for her own actions, you can't make anyone good or change because you are talking to her. Her deeds on judgment day are her and your deeds are yours.
Maybe find a real person in your country that you can marry and stop chatting with girls online.

The simple answer is , No you cannot talk to a non mehram girl even if you know she will stop doing wrong.
These are all tricks of the Shaitaan. You cannot do one sin to save the other sin. A sin is a sin and the sin you are doing you are responsible for that.
Do taubah from your sins and move forward in life.
Just advise her one last time to not to talk to any non mehram men because it is haram and then cut off all communication with her.
Find some pious girl and marry her and try to improve her deen, you will be rewarded more for that.
May Allah protect you from the tricks of the Shaitaan.
