  1. Sister dear, seek medical advice. Visit a psychiatrist, he will help you with counselling as well as give you medication if needed and you will come out of this fear. If you just keep on dealing with it on your own, your fear might increase. Also confide in your parents. They might take you to some religious person for duas etc as is the norm in our country (you send inter exams, so that makes you a Pakistani), but make sure to visit a doctor too. Both Dua and medicine help.

  2. Walaikum assalam dear , don't run from fear face it, set up your mind as you can fight with your fear be fear less imagine your self that you are fighting with that image. You cannot come out at once keep on fighting.

  3. If you have been watching horror movies/ Tv serials of that actor ,alone or in group of friends even ,first stop it.
If you like watching movies just watch funny family serials/films.

During your idle time better recite Salat on Prophet (Pbuh) or start reading some magazine articles of your interest just for knowledge, best is to read the Seerah books,Islamic History.

whenever you get imaging him just ignore it ,don't pay any attention to that and change your activity.try these steps, hopefully it will kill the problem. If not then get some professional consultation.

  4. Assalamualaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

for everything you need will be answered if only you put faith
spent your moment and read this please

    Surah 59, ayah 10
And those who came after them say: “Our Lord! Forgive us and our brethren who came before us into the Faith and leave not in our hearts rancor (or sense of injury) against those who have believed our Lord! Thou art indeed Full of Kindness Most Merciful.

I pray this finds you well. May Allah lift this tribulation from you and fill your heart with tranquility.

    Dua

`A’isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that, “The Prophet entered while [I] was angry. So he rubbed the tip of my nose and said, ‘My little `A’isha. Say, ‘O Allah, forgive my sin, remove the anger in my heart, and protect me from Satan.’ (Allahumma’ Ghfirli dhanbi, wa adhhib ghaydha qalbi, wa aajirni min ash-shaytan)” [Ibn al-Sunni, as mentioned in Barkawi’s Tariqa al-Muhammadiyya]

    اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ذَنْبِي وَأَذْهِبْ غَيْظَ قَلْبِي وَآجِرْنِي مِنْ الشَّيْطَانِ

When you look at the words that we are taught to say by Prophet Muhammad when we are sad…

Who doesn’t experience moments of sadness? Who has never battled out with a sin? Who was in a relationship and he struggled to cut out that relationship? Who was financially bankrupt? We are experiencing one or the other.

What are the words that we are to say when we are in pain? They are words of humility to Allah. How much Allah loves these words.

Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

“There isn’t any Muslim who is afflicted with grief, sadness, or sorrow and he says the following words Allah will remove his anxiety and replace it with happiness: “O Allah I am your slave, son of your slave, son of your female slave, my fore look is in your hands, your command over me will be executed, your judgment over me is always fair. I ask you o Allah by every of your names which you have called yourself, or you have revealed this name in your book, or you had taught it to one of your slaves, or you had kept the knowledge of it to Yourself. I ask you to make the Quran the life of my heart, and the light of my chest, and the removal of my sadness and the departure of my anxiety.”

    The companions said:

“Oh messenger of Allah, we should memorize these words.”

    He said:

“Every person who hears these words should memorize them.”

    Humility is the Essence

But what is the secret here? The secret is that these are words of humility and declaring your bankruptcy to Allah. This is why Allah will answer.

Have you ever pondered over the hadith where the Prophet tells us that Allah is with the ill person?

“Allah Almighty will say to one of His slaves on the Day of Judgment:

“O son of Adam, I fell ill and you didn’t visit Me’

“O Allah, how am I to visit you when you are the Lord of the worlds?”

    Allah says:

“O My slave did you not know that My slave became such and such and you didn’t visit him. Had you visited him, you would have found Me with him”

Ibn Al Qayyim mentions in his book “Madarijus-Salikeen”:

“Why is it that Allah is with the ill person? He says because the heart of this person is broken, he’s weak. This ill person is humble to Allah, therefore Allah is with him.”

    Ibn Al-Qayyim goes on:

“Perhaps this is also the secret why the dua of the oppressed are answered, and the dua of who’s fasting is answered and the one who is traveling is answered.

What is the common thing between all these three?

The common theme is humility. Their hearts are broken to Allah. Arrogance is gone. They look as slaves. Look at the oppressed, one of the three, he’s sad, he feels as subject to injustice… his heart is therefore broken thus Allah is with him.

As for the fasting, his temptations have been dampened down… now he’s thirsty, hungry, weak… Allah is with him because his heart is broken.

And the one who is traveling, he’s away from his wife, children, loved ones… his heart is broken, he wants to be with them.

And it’s not only about hanger and thirst, or being oppressed… it’s because the heart is broken. Are you seeing how Allah loves this act of worship over humbling yourself to Him?

    Practical steps

    1) Make continual istighfar.
    2) Give in charity regularly, even if it’s a small amount and beg Allah to remove this tribulation from your life.
    3) When you know you are going to be near this person, be in wudu and ask Allah to protect you from harm.
    4) Give regular salawat upon the Prophet (upon him be blessings and peace).
    5) Perform The Prayer of Need and beg Allah to help.

    Reflect

When you are in the midst of a difficult test, remember the One who is sending this test to you. Spend some time in nature and reflect on what you can learn from this. Let this person be a warning to you, about how not to behave. Reflect on how our Beloved Prophet (upon him be blessings and peace) called upon us to improve our character.

my brother at anytime you found yourself angry remember that you've sinned against yourself and you didn't ask Allah for forgiveness at the right place and at the right place and THE SHORTEST BUT POWERFUL PRAYER (DUA)

    ALLAHUMMA INNI AS' ALUKA AL'AFIYAH * اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ
    Do you know it?
Al-Abbas (R.A.), the Uncle of The Prophet Muhammed ﷺ, came to the Prophet Muhammed ﷺ and said:
“Ya Rasulullah, teach me a Dua.”
    The Prophet Muhammed ﷺ said:
    “O my Uncle, say:
    اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ
    "ALLAHUMMA INNI AS' ALUKA AL'AFIYAH"
Meaning: “O Allah, I ask you for Afiyah.”
    Now what is Afiyah?
    Afiyah means:
To be saved from any afflictions, you are in Afiyah.
To be healthy, you are in Afiyah.
To have enough money, you are in Afiyah.
To live, you are in Afiyah.
To have your children protected, you are in Afiyah.
And if you are forgiven and not punished, you are in Afiyah.
    So basically, Afiyah means:
“O Allah, protect me from any Pains and Sufferings.”
This includes both Dunya and Akhirah.
Al-Abbas (R.A.) thought about this for a while, and then he came back after a few days and said (paraphrased):
“Ya Rasulullah ﷺ, this Dua seems a little short. I want something big.”
    The Prophet Muhammed ﷺ said:
“My Dear Uncle, ask Allah for Afiyah for Wallahi, you cannot be given anything better than Afiyah.”
It is a simple Dua, Sincerely mean what you say while praying.
“O Allah, I ask You to be saved from any Distress, Grief, Hardship, Harm, and Don't test me, etc.”
All of above and much more is included in:
    اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ
    "ALLAHUMMA INNI AS' ALUKA AL'AFIYAH"
    (Riyadh As Saliheen, Sunan At-Tirmidhi).
Make sure to share this to others and tell your friends:
Prophet Muhammed ﷺ said: “Convey from me, even if it is one verse.”

most of them all is that shaytan is endeavouring to program you and you're resisting his lecture so if you start praying at 12am at least two raka'at and after all recite Fatiha, ayat al-kursi,and the last two ayas of surah al-baqarah, and the last three ayats of surah as-saff. then relate your problem to Allah after that then say

Allahumma salli ala sayyidina muhammadin wa'ala ali sayyidina muhammadin wabarik wasallim .
la ilaha illallahu wahdahu lashari kalahu lahul mulku walahul hamdu wahuwa ala kulli shai'in qadeer
wa sal lal lahu ala nabiyyina muhammadin wa ala ali ashabil akhyar wa sallama tasliman kaseera

And from today Shaytan will hate to see you sin again because he know quiet well that Allah will grant you all your prayers and his mission over you will be destroyed
May ALLAH accept all our prayers #Ameen
