Islamic marriage advice and family advice

Relationship critical issue

Assalam u alaikum warehmatullahi wabarakatuhu.  I need an advice about my relationship. There is a person I like and I want to marry him, he is double of my age and we want to marry. But my parents won't agree on love marriage they say if we chose person of our choice that is better and good as well, whereas ur choice would be worst. Islam gives opportunity to a girl of doing marriage of her choice. That person also want to come to my house to talk about marriage but my parents are very strict. I m youngest one and 2 sisters are elder than me. Both of them are getting arrange marriage, while I prefer love.  I told him to come  after my sisters are married.  And I m from Pakistan he is from India. My queries are:

1- How to make parents agree on our marriage?

2- Is it OK if I call him after my 2 sisters get married?

If this man is of good character and deen, then he could always approach the imam of your local mosque or another respected elder in the community and ask them to speak with your parents about the matter of marriage.

While Islam does give us as women the right to choose our spouse, it is clearly stated that we should not be in premarital relationships or spending time alone with nonmahrams. So, make sure that any contact you have with this man is appropriate.

There is no need for your sisters to be married before you marry - siblings can marry in any order.
