It's normal for a person to have occasional worries, but when they become overwhelming it's time to seek help. It might be worth looking into some self-help for anxiety management in the first instance, and talking to your GP or family doctor if things don't get better. At the same time, make dua and ask Allah to ease your worries.

first of all i feel sorry for what is happening to you , i feel like you are becoming a victim of OCD. Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is an anxiety disorder in which people have unwanted and repeated thoughts, feelings, images, and sensations (obsessions) and engage in behaviors or mental acts in response to these thoughts or obsessions as a result of these repeated fears you might end up checking the locked doors again and again or you might even urge to repeat an action over and over again. its never too late to speak up for help you should try talking to a psychiatrist, this could help you.
