Istikhara dream
I did istikhara about me and my ex husband, he betrayed me he was having affair with another married woman and she got a baby from my husband. Her husband left her then my husband did nikah with her aswell without telling me, then when I found out I told him I don´t want him in the house then we got separate and husband started living with that woman but still he was coming to see us. We have 2 kids, a boy 5yr old and a girl 1yr old.
Now my husband doesn´t live with her and he wants to come back home to us. I did istikhara on the 7th night, I had a dream about my husband, he's wearing a green t Shirt and he was telling me to accept him back and he was saying time will heal things between us and it was a long dream but by morning I forgot all except I remember he was in green t shirt and wants to come back.
Please help me. We have 2 kids and I can't see my kids future getting ruined.

As salamu alaykum rez,
If he has repented and you have forgiven him, I don´t see why you shouldn´t try to have your family together again, insha´Allah.
What would be good before you make any movement, if you haven´t done it already, it is to sit and talk about what you really want about each other, what do you expect from him and he from you, someway you have to renew your marriage and build up trust.... and once you have talk straight about everything, take your own decision.
If you decide to have him back, do it with love in your Heart and through Forgiveness ask Allah to help you to take the right decision insha´Allah.
Through your words, I see that it is giving you a hard time to forgive him, talk to Allah(swt) about your suffering and ask Him to be able to Forgive.
Trust your Heart, you know what is the right decision, Alhamdulillah.
May Allah(swt) fill with Light, Love, Respect and Forgiveness all our Hearts. Ameen.

i do not know who started this rumor of signs of ALLAH coming in dreams after doing istikhara namaaz
u r husband was wearing a green t shirt, what if he was wearing a red t shirt??
is this some traffic signal? green means go and red means stop???
sister, i think u should research properly on how to perform istikhara. .
as far as my knowledge, i do not think there is any hadees on dreams coming after istikhara salaat, if u know let me know.
ALLAH knows the best how he wants to guide.
I'm worried about doing this as I'm leaning towards a certain university yet if I get the red I may not go there and then may regret it. Ah I trust in Allah but I don't know what to do lol
Aneesa, I removed the link because the information that page gave about istikhara was not correct. There is nothing reported from the Sunnah about seeing dreams from istikhara, or making decisions based on colors seen in dreams. Absolutely nothing. Please see our links at the top of the page for correct information about Istikhara.
You should never be afraid or worried to ask Allah for guidance. Allah will help you, and bring you to the thing that is best for you.

That's fine wael. A silly google search giving a seemingly good solid source turns out to to be misleading; I do hope this site is better and I think it's great thus far. But I have never heard of it before though I do think lots of people believe in it before doing a task they're unsure of like moving away? Dunno. I'm glad in a way it's a bit invalid because it doesn't help i'd be obsessng too much if a ''colour'' appeared. as you said believing in the greatest is the best way to go about it Allah s.w.t is all knowing alhamdollilah love Him lots
